As a Marketing/Human Resources Coordinator you will be managing the day-today operations in Marketing & Human Resources with the assistant Manager and Owner. Your tasks will range anywhere in-between salary compensation to the resolution of employee relations. In this position you will be involved right from start in recruiting the perfect applicant, with all the glorious mess in-between, to the strategic development of creating a superior workforce! As well, your ability to multi-task and focus on the marketing for the company with your focus on branding, client retention, social media and overall being that go-to person to implement a strategic marketing plan to assist the sales team with new and existing product lines.

In this position you will be engaged in the ENTIRE Human Resources & Marketing process! You will be responsible for the development of different departments, employee, and even strategic development at the organizational level!!
