Job Duties  
    Prepare and cook individual dishes and foods
    Plan menus
    Ensure quality of food and determine size of food proportions
    Work with minimal supervision
    Work with specialized cooking equipment (deep fryer, etc.)
    Prepare products in advance for use in the cooking process
    Inspect kitchens and food service areas,
    Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food,
    Maintain inventory and records of food,
    Order supplies and equipment, Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
    Clean kitchen and work areas,
    Wash dishes

Requirements
- Education: Completion of high school
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a cook or a post-secondary certificate is required

Salary: $13.00 to $15.00 hourly, 40.00 Hours per week

Other:
-Work shifts: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM. 2 breaks  15 minutes each; or one break of 30 minutes.
