Description

Reporting to the Mill Maintenance Supervisor, this position is responsible for the following
duties:

Responsibilities include:
     Maintenance and troubleshooting of all Mill and site electrical systems.
     Installing and maintaining high, medium, and low voltage power controls on equipment.
     Updating blueprints and documentation as required.
     Maintaining and troubleshooting electrical equipment and power distribution throughout the
plant.
     Follow  established  procedures  to  locate  and  correct  electrical  problems  and  
determine  electrical  component replacements.
     Overtime, call outs, and shift work as required.
     Work closely with mill operations and other departments.
     Suggest ways of improving the efficiency of the plant and department.
     Willingness to assist other trades in completion of their duties when necessary.

Skills and Qualifications for the position include:
     Valid Interprovincial Journeyperson Electrician, Red Seal ticket.
     Experience in industrial maintenance.
     High voltage experience would be an asset.
     Generator experience would be an asset.
     Safety conscious, self-motivated, proficient communication skills with a strong work ethic.

Work Location & Schedule:
     McClean Lake, Wednesday travel day, 7 in / 7 out  77 hours/week
     Travel Day may change depending on maintenance needs.

Pick-Up Points: Saskatoon, Prince Albert, La Ronge, Buffalo Narrows and the designated communities
in the Athabasca region of Camsel Portage, Uranium City, Stony Rapids, Fond du Lac and Wollaston
