Hours of Work:
  In a 3 week rotation: 14 shifts of 8.00 hours

Salary or Pay Band:
  Pay Band 11 $20.370 to $21.810 (3 step range)

Job Summary:
  Operates and performs general maintenance for facility/plant systems and equipment.

Experience:
  Twelve (12) months previous experience in a maintenance environment (e.g., commercial or industrial).

Qualifications:
  Firemans certificate
  Grade 10
  Refrigeration or Pool Operator certificate, where required by the job

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  Ability to work independently
  Basic computer skills
  Communication skills
  Intermediate knowledge of tools and equipment, required for the job
  Interpersonal skills
  Organizational skills
  Valid drivers license

Additional Text:
  Should the Employer be unable to recruit a qualified applicant, other applicants with related experience who would be willing to obtain the Fireman's Certificate, at their own expense within six (6) months, may be considered.
