Salary or Pay Band:
  $38.080 to $47.490 (6 step range)

Job Summary:
GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY:
  The CNE is accountable for providing clinical education, consultation and participation in policy development at the regional level in Prairie North Health Region. The CNE will collaborate with Directors, Managers, and Point of Care staff in the assessment of learning needs, delivery of a regional nursing orientation and providing specific education/inservices.

Qualifications:
  Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
  Bachelor Degree in Nursing
  Basic Life Support (BLS) - Level C Health Care Provider (HCP) - Heart & Stroke
  Current CPR Certification
  Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
  Registered or eligible for registration with the Saskatchewan Registered Nurses Association (SRNA)

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  Ability to adapt to changing conditions
  Ability to competently use computers and software applications as required by the position
  Basic computer skills

  Interpersonal skills
  Leadership skills

Other Information:
  3 years recent clinical experience in acute clinical or patient/family service area
  Valid Drivers License is required

Additional Text:
  This is a regional position currently based in Lloydminster. Some travel may be required.

In an effort to recruit and retain health employees, Prairie North Health Region is offering a package to individuals who have completed training. The package includes $2,500 recruitment bonus with a one year (1,950 hours) return for service commitment; and up to $2,500 for relocation with receipts for an additional one year return for service commitment.
