Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic worker who has previous experience in the same role and is willing to take on supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications/Requirements:
    The ideal candidate will have  University Bachelors degree or other specialized training or experience in agriculture
    Min 2  years experience working in a large farming operation
    Experience in an servicing and repairing agricultural equipment and in implementing agricultural best practices in a large farming operation
    Ability to comprehend basic English instructions and information
    Valid drivers license and driving record clear of any major traffic violations
    Willingness to obtain a 1A Saskatchewan drivers licence
    Physically, mentally, and emotionally healthy
    Free of any chemical dependency

Responsibilities
    Develop work schedules and establish procedures in concert with the owner to direct farm laborers in cultivating, planting, and harvesting crops
    Supervise and oversee growing and other crop related operations
    Ensure that farm equipment is regularly serviced and maintained
    Operate farm equipment such as air drill, tractors, haying equipment, and combine as directed by the owner
    Establish procedures to ensure farm safety
    Maintain quality control and production records
    Treat tools and equipment with respect and return all tools and equipment to the designated area.
    Work extended hours during the busy farming seasons
    Assist in general farm duties as directed by the employer.
