Description

DUTIES:
The Activity Leaders tasks involve planning and presenting activities at City operated parks and playgrounds to children of all ages attending the programs.  The Activity Leader may have some shift work and the assignment of alternate duties on occasion.

QUALIFICATIONS:
The successful candidate will be creative, outgoing, and provide a positive role model for children. The successful candidate must possess good verbal and written communication skills, and is capable of effectively and tactfully dealing with the public.  Previous experience organizing and delivering programs and special events is considered an asset. Must be currently enrolled at an accredited post-secondary institution, and returning to school in the fall of 2015.  Alberta and Saskatchewan child welfare checks and a criminal record check will be required before hiring.
