Description

DUTIES:

The Admin Support 1 will assist the:
1) Legislative Services office by scanning and organizing electronic records and providing reception services for this department.  Assistance with the Executive Assistants projects will also be required.  
2) City Managers office with research and special projects as needed.  
Other administrative duties may also be assigned as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be capable of working in a computerized office environment, and be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.  The candidate must have strong administrative, communication and time management skills.  He or she must be neat in appearance, friendly and able to converse with the public in a clear and concise manner, in person and via telephone and email.  Must be currently enrolled at an accredited post-secondary institute, in an applicable program, and returning to school in the fall of 2015.
