Description

reporting directly to the Health Program Manager with clinical supervision provided by Saskatoon Tribal Council, the Living Well Worker is responsible for carrying out the duties as outlined herein.
Duties:
Adhere to the Personnel Policy.
Maintain Strict Confidentiality at all times.
Must understand, support and participate in the community enhancement initiatives in working towards the vision of Yellow Quill First Nations which improves the quality of life;
Work as an integrated team member with other service providers
Coordinate disasters and crisis pertaining mental health.
Participate in Community staff and program meetings.
