At Mr.Lube, excellent customer service is our focus and we pride ourselves on having a management team that always go the extra mile to make our customers happy. We are currently looking for Supervisors who have previous management or supervisory experience in an automotive enviroment.
As a successful supervisor you will have the following:
- Costumer service: You have 3 or more years experience and always exceed customers expectations
-Management/supervisory experience: You have 1 or more years experience as a manager, assisant manager or supervisor and managed/mentored a team of 5 or more people.
-Sales/relationship development: you have strong sales skills and enjoyu  building and developing relationships with your customers.
-Hands on approach: youre willing to work alongside techncians as required to ensure the job gets done.
-Education: You have completed highschool. If you have any higher education this would be an assest.
-Training: No previous experience with cars needed. Extensive paid trainging including the opportunity to work with the newest tools and technology in the automotive industry.-
