RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review all incoming service bids on equipment and assign appropriate services requests, as well as create, issue and track all Work Orders/Work Requests for Service Shop for all Space Rental Fleet
Responds to routine requests from sales on equipment availability for pending rentals and sales
Maintains a fleet availability list and unit files for all units including floor plans, complexing kits, shipping lists, product specifications, equipment manuals and costing information
Maintains traffic log for all equipment movement
Prepares yard counts/layouts and fleet utilization reports on a weekly basis
Maintains unit out sheets and equipment sign offs for client projects
Coordinates field service work by responding to field service calls and determining appropriate course of action
Maintain Open POs for Third-Party Vendors
Coordinate transportation as required
Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Technical school graduation, college diploma or university degree, or equivalent experience
Basic accounting skills
Excellent understanding of company objectives and policies
Ability to problem solve
Basic accounting skills
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to operate with minimal supervision
Good oral and written communication skills
