The successful candidate will be a personable, outgoing individual who is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by "going the extra mile" to deliver friendly service in a professional and timely manner. This position reports directly to the Branch Manager and involves successfully identifying customers'' needs and recommending products and services that best suit them.
Job Summary
Greet customers in a professional and courteous manner and exceed their expectations every time.
Open and close rental agreements.
Achieve monthly sales targets by recommending and explaining benefits of additional company services.
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing accounts such as body shops and dealerships.
Answer phones and confirm customer reservations.
Assist with the picking up and dropping off of customers.
Complete vehicle inspections.
Work as a team player with fellow staff members to optimize branch productivity.
Required Skills:
Driver's license and a clean driving record
Computer Literacy, knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
Able to multitask in a fast paced environment
