We are looking for a talented and passionate Merchandise Flow Supervisor to become part of the Victorias Secret team who will deliver legendary customer experiences at our Midtown Plaza in Saskatoon (SK) location

The Merchandise Flow Supervisor drives total store results with specific ownership for merchandise flow and brand guide process. The merchandise flow supervisor drives results in the area of responsibility by supporting the development and execution of short term action plans and long-term strategies.

Responsibilities:
Delivers best in class, captivating branded customer experience that builds loyalty and enables consistent sales and profit growth
Serves on Sales Leadership Team and is responsible for total store results
Ensure visual merchandising strategies and presentation standards are achieved and maintained
Leverages tools and reports to ensure the sales floor is full and abundant with all styles, colors and sizes represented
Executes work force management functions and builds a high sales team

Qualifications:
Proven time management, prioritization and organizational skills
Demonstrates ability to communicate with Sales Leadership Team and associates
Ability to accurately observe and provide feedback
Strong business acumen and analytical skills
Ability to stretch, bend and lift moderate weight
Previous supervisory experience
