Berendsen Fluid Power is one of North Americas largest distributors of hydraulic and pneumatic products and services.  We have one of the largest dedicated field sales forces in both the hydraulics and pneumatics industries with 50 locations across the US and Canada.
Description:
Facilitate phone calls from customers and outside sales.
Provide assistance to customers and field sales for quotes, pricing and expediting.  
Work with all Inside and field sales to serve the customer and grow sales and GM.
Enter orders in a timely and efficient manner
Interact effectively with customers to develop a personal awareness of their needs.
Provide customers with accurate price, delivery and technical information.
Provide assistance to others in areas of specialized product or technical knowledge.
Adhere to pricing policies as established by management; to include freight recovery, using sell matrices and contracts as applicable.
Meet, communicate and cooperate with vendor sales representatives.
Encourage vendor participation in the support of customer needs.
Assist Purchasing to insure customer orders are placed quickly and accurately.
Communicate regularly and timely with the ISM and any other personnel regarding performance, complaints, inquiries, competitive activities, problems, market conditions or other pertinent information.
In conjunction with the Credit Dept, protect and administer BFP's accounts receivable assets according to procedures set forth by BFP.
Inform all customers and prospects of the established terms and conditions of sale.
Assure that all adjustments, product returns, credits and other pertinent dealings are performed accurately and timely with proper documentation.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Direct experience in inside sales in technical or industrial setting and products (hydraulics preferred)
Computer literate
