Our design consultants are hourly plus commission based freelance employees. As our representatives they bring the professionalism, experience and design aesthetic the company has become known for.
Their responsibilities include:
Meeting with clients for in-house/ boutique consultations
Providing clients with fully realized design solutions including: interactive floor plans with proposed window coverings placements, furniture and accessory selections, colour and fabric samples
Providing client feedback to the team
Attending all training sessions
Fulfilling all marketing initiatives-SM, Print
Skills required:
Graduate from an accredited Interior Design/decorating Program
Ability to solve design problems quickly and implement solutions immediately
Professional and presentable by phone and in person
Interacts well with others positive and outgoing
Working Knowledge of AUTO Cad/ Sketch-Up/Rivet/Photo Shop
Computer Mac/PC Literate
Minimum 1-2 years furniture sales/ design firm experience
