Nipawin & District Regional Park Authority has available the position of Park Manager.

Applications will be accepted up to January 31, 2015

This position reports directly to the Nipawin Regional Park Authority on a regular basis

Duties of the Manager

1)    The overall operation of the Regional Park (Park Division) located on the Saskatchewan River, 3 km from downtown Nipawin, Sask.
2)    Staffing - presently 7 seasonal employees
3)    Maintenance and repair of all machinery and equipment owned by the Park
4)    Maintain harmonious relationships among lessees, patrons, visitors and employees of the park.
5)    Maintain the health and welfare of our zoo residents.
6)    Maintenance of Spray Park pool and water system.
7)      Responsible for Park operation budget.

The Regional Park is made up of over 300 acres (120 utilized)43 seasonal and 117 campsites and visited by over 35,000 people per year.

Compensation includes a competitive salary, a fully modern 2  bedroom house, all utilities and Park vehicle.  As well, we do not preclude the ability to hire spouses or children for the seasonal positions.
