Key Results Activities
- Answer and follow through on all customer calls in a timely, courteous and professional manner
- Counsel customer on packages, airfares, cruises, and independent travel products
- Actively listen to callers to assess and clarify needs and identify alternatives
- Provide customers with the most updated availability and hotel information
- Cross-sell and offer products from all TravelBrands tour operators as a priority
- Counsel passengers on Terms & Conditions and Travel Insurance
- Enforce active selling techniques to close the sale
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients pre and post travel
- Maintain accuracy and detail with all supplier transactions and client invoicing
- Consistently meet individual performance targets in relation to call processing and sales
- Build customer base through Client Retention programs that strengthen repeat business and referrals
- Process final payments, booking adjustments, e-documents, and handles supplier product advisories and flight changes
- Participation in Professional Development programs through various channels to enhance knowledge and expertise
- Identify and solve challenges through independent decision making and provided guidelines
- Follow the guidelines and general policies & procedures applicable to retail sales agents
- Maintain current knowledge on products , services , procedures and technology
- Any other duties as assigned by Management
