Using your deep knowledge and understanding of western Canadian production practices coupled with your excellent customer relations ability, you will build, enhance, and support relationships within their distribution network of retailers and grower-customers across Southern Saskatchewan.

- Degree/diploma in agriculture (or relevant)
- 3-5 yrs direct sales experience in agriculture (agronomy focus)
- Confident knowledge and understanding of crop nutrition, crop production, and agronomy
- Demonstrated skills to interact confidently with retail and grower network
- Exceptional ability to effectively manage and prioritize work plans
- Professionalism and maturity essential; team player attitude
- Willingness to travel; effectively manage a home office
- Ability to regularly achieve or exceed budgeted objectives
