As a Parts Sales Manager you'll have chief responsibility for planning, directing and coordinating the operations of the Parts Department. You'll be a key player in formulating policies, managing daily operations and ensuring profitability. You will manage 3 direct reports for a company that will value your contributions to the business!

Strategic responsibility for branch parts inventory
Responsibility for the CSSR/Customer Service Representatives overall effectiveness
Geographic coverage/travel specifically outlined by the Branch Manager
Understand our competitors and develop sustainable competitive advantage strategies
Ensure set productivity targets are met by motivating, organizing and encouraging teamwork.
Ensure inventory control systems are up to date and plan for future capacity requirements.
Works closely to implement all parts after sales marketing plans and to improve parts market share penetration. Responsible for dealers sales performance in accordance with established plans
Ensure continued growth and market share in parts sales.
Frequent and open communication with Regional Parts Manager regarding the financial performance of the branch.
Strategic leadership of the parts departments in support of the corporate goals.
Ensure set productivity targets are met by motivating, organizing and encouraging teamwork.
Ensure quality, delivery and budget objectives are met.
Monitor external factors to strategically prepare for and respond to customer needs such as environmental and or economical.
Assess, monitor and ensure achieving bottom line profitability.
