Cervus Equipment is a rapidly growing company and proudly operates one of the largest dealership networks of John Deere agricultural equipment stores in North America.

We are looking for a Service Performance Coordinator to join our John Deere dealership in Watrous.

As a Service Performance Coordinator you will:
- Generate repair orders and ensure thorough and accurate labour descriptions from service technicians
- Prepare and type quotes for the service department
- Work alongside the service manager
- Manage service department work order flow to achieve customer satisfaction
- Ensure customer call backs in a timely fashion
- Ensure work is completed efficiently and on time
- Take ownership of and successfully resolve problems as required


Here is what you will bring to the role:
- Previous experience with John Deere and/or Ag equipment
- Agricultural Service Technician Journeyperson certification
- Flexible, organized and team driven with excellent personal communication skills
- Eagerness to keep current on product knowledge
- And last but not the least  the Right Attitude!
