Description

**IMMEDIATE OPENING FOR AN EQUIPMENT SALES REPRESENTATIVE** for our
Axiom Lift Equipment - Aerial Lift Equipment Rental & Sales Division - specializing in telehandlers, boom lifts & scissor lifts .

We are looking for qualified and energetic people ready to increase revenue for the company through exceptional customer service. This position will report to the Sales Manager and will be instrumental in achieving the business plan through profitable revenue generation.

Responsibilities:
- Increase sales and revenue.
- Establishing new rental and sales accounts through cold calling and personal visits to potential customer sites.
- Offer our range of equipment, products and services, including other specialty product lines, to new and current customers.
- Coordinate with all departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Educating customers about equipment, products & services through demonstration.

Position offers the use of a company vehicle.  We invest in our employees through on-going training and development to enhance their skills and performance. Excellent results in this position will open advancement opportunities into the following roles: Operations Manager, Sales Manager and other key positions.

Requirements:
Superior customer service is a high priority , therefore your willingness and ability to provide this to each customer makes you a a top-notch candidate. Ideal candidate will have 5 plus years sales experience, an ability to "think outside the box" in order to meet customer needs, strong  planning problem-solving and negotiation skills, excellent interpersonal communication skills, and proficient computer skills.  Knowledge of construction or related equip. is preferred; however, candidates with comparable industry experience, a strong sales acumen & record of achievement will also be considered.  Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred & a valid Driver's license with acceptable driver's record is required.
