Are you a student who is passionate about working in the area of agriculture and agronomy? Do you want to help farm customers grow crops to feed the world while working with leading edge agriculture technology?

We are a growing company, looking for a Sales Agronomist Trainee in our North Battleford location.

This is a 4 month summer student position with an anticipated start date of May 2015.

As a Sales Agronomist Trainee you will assist an Agri-Coach, working with farm customers in developing their annual strategic crop planning for improved economic returns. You will put your agronomic education to use while completing soil tests, crop scouting, sample collections, as well as networking and building client relationship skills. Some travel may be required between company dealership locations.

The successful candidate will need:
-To be registered in a post-secondary program, degree or diploma in Agribusiness, Agronomy, Crop Science or other related field
-Excellent computer, interpersonal and team skills
-A valid drivers license
-Knowledge of farming practices and sales training will support your success in this position.

Preference will be given to those who have already completed some education.
