Position Overview
The Facility Administrator provides administrative support to the operations staff and facility manager. The successful candidate will quickly develop a working knowledge of the day to day operations and company activities while providing excellence in customer service.
Key Responsibilities
The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
Regulatory procedures and tracking
Maintenance procedures and tracking
Month end deadlines/reporting
Monthly balances
Accounts payables and receivables
Marketing quotes, invoicing
Spartan System troubleshooting
Customer/quest reception
Qualifications and Education Requirements
The successful candidate will have:
Grade 12/GED
Administration or Accounting Certificate/Diploma would be considered an asset
Minimum 2 years administrative/accounting experience
Must be detail-oriented, organized and able to multi-task
Strong work ethic
Demonstrated ability to work independently within a team environment
Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
