We are looking for a Subject Mater Matter Expert (SME) in the area of IT Service Management (ITSM). This resource will be responsible to create and manage a Program for the development and delivery of ITSM as identified in the IT&S Service Management Strategy. The Program will focus on three areas for improvements; People, Processes and Technology. The Program will make improvements to better integrate and streamline processes, tools and resources used to deliver and manage IT services. This position will be an expert in ITSM and have an extensive knowledge of industry best practices. Responsibilities will includes: conducting an initial analysis on the current state; establishing Service Portfolio Governance and Service Management Roles, developing a detailed Service Management plan/roadmap focusing on people, process, technology and managing the delivery of the detailed plan/roadmap that is created. The position holder will coordinate involved parties and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of ITSM processes and functions.
ITIL Expert Certification, PMP
