TRON is actively seeking to recruit a  Construction Manager to be part of the Senior management team.   The successful candidate will work with the other members of the management team to direct construction activities, and will provide input and guidance to Safety & Quality programs at K&S, Legacy Project- Bethune Sask, along with periodic site visits as directed to mines

*Responsible to further develop, document and implement construction planning procedures and work instructions
*Responsible to ensure Construction Managers and their construction teams are following appropriate processes
Responsible to further development, documentation, and implementation of construction procedures.
*Form part of the recruiting team to ensure qualified individuals are hired
*Work as part of the management team in the development and review of bids
*Contribute to planning and schedule development and reviews
