Description

The Wireless Age is looking for a customer service/warranty specialist for our Regina Service Department.  This position is responsible for providing an exceptional level of after-sales support to our customers by:

    Gathering customer information by asking questions in order to diagnose and troubleshoot handset issues.
    Program, test, and exchange of handsets and processing warranty claims.
    Provide instructions to the customer on the proper use of cellular and data handset features.
    Inform customers of rates, shipping dates, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by our customers.
    Maintain a customer database and update database in a timely manner.
    Keep up to date on features and functionality of new devices and wireless services.

The representative must be prepared to interact with both customers and internal staff on a daily basis, with particular regard to warranty and non- warranty product repair(s).  The successful candidate must be very multi-task orientated, have strong experience in both customer service skills and administrative duties.  The representative must also be attentive to detail, and have a working knowledge of excel and word.
