Brady Land Services Ltd. is a well established Land Company located in Regina, and is currently seeking a Land Administrator. The preferred candidate will:
Have a minimum of six months Land Administration experience.
Be extremely organized and able to multi-task.
Have strong administrative and time management. skills and be dependable.
Be exceptionally attentive to detail.
Have strong problem solving skills.
Be willing to learn new procedures and tasks.
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and high standards of professional conduct.
Be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Working knowledge of Land Titles.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
Preparation of documentation for acquisition including Surface Leases, Right of Way Agreements, Releases, Rental Reviews, Amendments.
Preparation of supporting documentation including line lists, notifications, and other reports.
Searching titles and filing land registrations.
Identifying and acquiring third-party consents.
Preparation of client packages and construction packages.
