Description

The R.M. of Lawtonia No. 135 invites applications for a qualified administrator due to the retirement of the current administator.  Start date is expected to be May 1, 2015 but the successful candidate could be employed as early as March 1, 2015 to spend time with the current administator.

The municipal office is located in the Village of Hodgeville on Highway 19, 34 km. south of #1 Highway and 100 km southeast of Swift Current.

The Administrator reports directly to Council & works co-operatively with Council in all operations of the municipality.  The Administrator also works closely with the municipal Foreman & other outside employees.

Preference will be given to applicants who possess the following qualifications:
1. Rural Class 'C' (or higher) Certificate in Local Government Administration but other combinations of experience & education will be considered.
2. Experience with the R & M computer system
3. Management, communication & organizational skills
