Description

The Community Income Tax Program Coordinator will be responsible for the development , promotion, operations and evaluation of the Community Volunteer Income Tax Program.  The position will develop the financial literacy component of the existing program and establish and monitor volunteer income tax preparation clinic sites.  

Terms of Employment
* Full time, Contract for 26 weeks
* 37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday  from January 15, 2015 to July 15, 2015

Qualifications:    
* Preferred degree or diploma in the area of human services and/or program coordination/ management. Equivalent knowledge and experience will be considered.
* Experience working in the community sector
* Exceptional leadership skills and at least 2 years supervisory experience
* Experience working  with diverse groups
* Excellent interpersonal skills, communication, writing and computer skills
* Demonstrated ability to organize work and to work independently
