Description

Arranges for caterers for in-house of out-of-office meetings; arranges meetings.
    Coordinates the Yearly Anniversary Recognition Program.
    Handles overflow word processing of proposals letters and post orders.
    Maintains appointment books or Lotus Notes calendar and employee files.
    Maintains extension lists and/or communication directories for monthly distribution.
    Opens and distributes mail.
    Types memos letter, documents and post orders.
    Invoices patrol and alarm responses.
    Mails all invoices.
    Matching of A/R and patrol invoices with inspection reports.
    Supports Operations and other offices with SMARTS enquiries.
    Administers Branch Uniform Recovery Program and Uniform Inventory Program.
    Ensures Security Officers are initially uniformed properly.
    Orders uniforms and accessories.
    Responsible for Uniform room (cleanliness organization).
    Updates uniform inventory management list and appointment list.
May be required to respond to emergency alarms at a client site

    Other duties as assigned
    Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with internal and external contacts.
    Must be able to organize and prioritize to support an effective/efficient operation and accomplishment of stated goals.
    High attention to detail and accuracy.
    Superior verbal and written communication skills.
    Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
    Good problem solving skills.
    Proficient in use of computers and various software applications including MS Word, Excel, Email, PowerPoint.  
    Must be able to compile various letters and spreadsheets.
    Multi-tasker and effective time-manager with good organizational skills
    Skilled in customer service
