Adecco is currently recruiting for a Branch Manager to join our clients growing team in Saskatoon, Sk. Our client is a large car and truck rental company who recently expanded to the Saskatoon market. As our client is new to Saskatoon we are looking for a sales driven individual to leverage their well-established brand with new and existing business partners.
Responsibilities for the Branch Manager:
- Inspire, coach, motivate, develop and assess the team in order to achieve maximum performance.
- Consistently achieve and Exceed store sales goals, objectives and KPI expectations/results
- Coach and mentor all employees on all performance expectations including Sales, Products, Services and administrative responsibilities.
- Adhere to all Provincial and Federal health and safety regulations
- Champion the overall customer service levels in the store and resolve any concerns that arise.
- Ensure daily performance targets fir all employees are outlined and measured to ensure branch objectives are met.
Qualifications:
- Post Secondary Education an asset (Preferred in business)
- 2 years experience in the rental industry or retail management
- Drivers license with clean driving record
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal and presentation)
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook) and ability to learn new internal systems
- Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced and changing environment
- Ability to stand for up to 90% of the day as well and work shifts including evenings and weekends.
