We are currently looking for customer service & sales driven team members to be part of a growing national team.
OSL (Outsourced Sales Leaders) provides the talent and operational expertise for the wireless division within Walmart. We pride ourselves in creating a superior retail experience, marked with excellent customer service. As a wireless sales associate in Walmart, you will have the benefit of meeting the needs of your customers through all the major carrier offerings. Not to mention, the advantage of selling in a high traffic retail environment. Due to our growth, focus on training and development, it is a great to time to join OSL.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service at all times
Drive sales through an understanding of customer requirements while providing an appropriate product solution
Generate interest and awareness by proactively soliciting existing Walmart customers
Work in collaboration with team members and leaders to promote a fun, dynamic and results driven team culture
Responsible for achieving all key performance indicators including sales, customer experience and operational targets
Participate in all required training, with a focus on continued personal and professional development
Job Requirements:
Understanding of sales and customer service fundamentals
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets/quotas
1-2 years of previous sales experience in a commissioned environment an asset
Sales and Merchandising and/or wireless experience is an asset
Strong listening and verbal communication and presentation skills
Strong aptitude and comfort level with technology
Flexibility to work weekends and/or evenings
Physical Job Requirements:
Ability to lift 30-50 pounds
Ability to stand for extensive periods of time
