Description

Adecco Saskatoon is currently hiring for a Document Control Administrator Job with one of our clients in Saskatoon, SK. This position will be based on a 4-6 month contract. The purpose of the Document Control Administrator Role would be to ensure consistency in document control processes and metadata requirements.

Key responsibilities:
-Maintain a complete database and respective metadata, documents, certifications and training records as required
-Perform quality checks of documents with regards to legibility, numbering of file formats and verification of revisions
-Ensure coordination of status and distribution of all project documents
-Ensure compliance of all company standards and policies for document control
-Provide support to the project team
-Administers regular reviews of the document register to ensure reporting accuracy
-Provide feedback and ideas regarding ongoing project development and processes
    
Specific Qualifications:
-The successful candidate will be self motivated with the ability to provide excellent customer service to internal clients with minimal supervision
-4+ years experience in a document control or records management role.
-Relevant mining or oil and gas experience is an asset
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
-Experience using collaboration tools such as Aconex, LiveLink or OpenText
-Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
-Excellent organization and time management skills
-Strong attention to detail
-Must have a valid drivers license with the ability to travel to a work site 1-2 days per week

As a condition of employment, all candidates may be subject to presenting a clean driver's abstract. The successful candidate must possess a vehicle in good working condition and be willing to commute for a portion of the work week.
