Adecco, the leader in HR solutions; is currently recruiting for an experienced Mine Administrator to work onsite in Allan, SK. The Mine Administrator will be responsible for completing various administrative tasks including scheduling and daily data entry. The Administrator should be friendly and professional with strong communication skills. The ideal candidate must be proficient with database software and possess a strong knowledge with Microsoft office (excel, word).
Responsibilities for the Mine Administrator will include;
- Filing, scanning and data entry into production database
- Prepare overtime schedules (140 shifts) for 4 crews, 2 weeks prior to work week
- Maintain employee list details
- Prepare and post sign up sheets for production crews to collect availability data for overtime
- Maintain changes to weekly production overtime schedules
- Track all scheduled hours for each employee
- Call production crew members to fill vacant shifts in production overtime schedules
- Update information for weekly operations reports
Qualifications include;
- Proficient with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook at the advanced level are a must
- Data Entry experience, attention to detail
- Three to Five years experience as an administrator
- Proven communication skills
- Working knowledge of database software
- Strong organizational skills
- Positive attitude, flexible and willing to learn
- Able to travel to and from Site (approx 20 minutes outside of Saskatoon)
