Adecco is currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant to join our clients growing bookkeeping business in Saskatoon, Sk. Our client is a dynamic and rapidly growing organization focusing on the bookkeeping needs of small and medium size business in the Saskatoon market. They pride themselves on providing full-service bookkeeping services with a strong focus on customer service.
As the Administrative Assistant you are the voice and the face of the organization. The selected candidate must have an outgoing service-first mentality. We are looking for an individual who can get the job done as well as have fun at work. Our client is quickly growing and there is ample opportunity for advancement and professional growth.
Responsibilities for the Administrative Assistant:
- Reception
- Greeting and assisting walk-in clients
- Booking appointments
- Creation of letters reports and other documents
- Data entry
- Filing and scanning
- Assisting with basic bookkeeping functions
- Assist with marketing projects
Qualifications:
- Business Administration Diploma or related experience
- Excellent skill in MS Excel
- Quickbooks Experience
- Bookkeeping and data entry experience
- Proficient in MS Word and Outlook
