CP Distributors Ltd. has an opening for an Accounts Payable Clerk position at our Saskatoon office. In this Accounts Payable position, responsibilities will include matching supplier invoices to purchase orders, obtaining price approvals, supplier and branch office inquiries, data entry, and filing. Other responsibilities will be relief of reception desk and assisting others with administrative tasks as assigned by the Manager. Cross training with Accounts Receivable will be provided, with possible opportunities for advancement
Required skills to include experience with MS Office Products and computerized Sales Order/Purchase Order accounting system. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year accounts payable and one year administrative experience.
