Description

CP Distributors, an industry leader in construction products, is looking for an accounting clerk to fill an Accounts Receivable position in our Saskatoon office.

Responsibilities:
- Invoicing (including progress claims and holdbacks),
- Collections,
- Administration and reconciliation of project files,
- Obtaining credit references for new accounts, and
- Coding and data entry of A/P for installers.

Experience & Skills:
- Construction related experience is an asset,
- minimum of 2 years of Accounts Receivable experience,
- good working knowledge of MS Excel/Word/Outlook
- strong communication skills, and
- well organized with a good eye for detail.
