The Job Coach provides work site support services
to clients prior and during a job placement so
that the youth may successfully complete a job.
They assist clients who have the possibility of
gaining independent employment as well as those
clients that may not. These support services
include supervision, training, assessment, and
facilitating healthy relationships between
management and co-workers.
Education
- Life Skills training, vocational training,
Teacher Assistant Certificate or certificate
related to youth education or residential
treatment would be an asset.
Experience
- Minimum of 1-3 years of related to youth
education, special education, and/or residential
or youth care experience.
- Staff must hold a class 5 novice 2 or higher
drivers license and be eligible for coverage
under our commercial auto insurance policy.
Starting wage is $18.78 to $21.61 per hour depending on experience and education.
This is a term position with an unknown end date.
