We are currently seeking a Construction Supervisor at our Belle Plaine, SK location. The successful candidate will ensure that field activities associated with executing the scope of a capital project are planned, prioritized, and carried out safely, on schedule, cost effectively and to Mosaic standards of quality. You will be expected to fill the role of contractor host or prime contractor at a work site. A capital project construction supervisor works with project managers, planners, safety specialists, project controls, third party contractors and operations contacts while performing their daily responsibilities.

What is required for this role?
* Grade 12/GED required.
* P-5 Operator an asset, trade certification an asset
* 5 years operating and/or supervisory experience.
* Instrumentation or Plant Process experience would be considered an asset.
* Word, Excel, Project, Powerpoint
* Communication, safety, OH&S, trade or specialty courses related to construction activities
* Employment is subject to successfully completing Mosaics pre-employment checks including criminal, drug and alcohol testing.
* Must be authorized to work in Canada.
