We have an opening for a Customer Support Representative, Customer Services in Swift Current, SK. Apply no later than December 28, 2014 to be considered for this opportunity. Were looking for someone with the following qualifications:
- Grade 12 or equivalent,
- keyboarding/typing of 45 net wpm, and
- 2 years administrative experience in customer service work involving the answering and processing of external customer inquiries, utilizing procedures and systems of similar complexity to SaskPowers customer services billing and information systems, or successful completion of the Office Education Program or certificate or diploma in business administration or equivalent program from a recognized institution.
To be considered for this position we require the following documents be attached:
- Grade 12 transcripts, AND
- post-secondary transcripts, AND
- document verifying your minimum 45 net wpm.
If you do not have these documents, they can be obtained:
- SK highschool Grade 12 transcripts - http://education.gov.sk.ca/transcripts
- post-secondary - through your institution.
- 45 net wpm - go to SIAST or a temporary agency.
This is a temporary part-time opportunity until November 21, 2015.
