Foreman Position

The R.M. of Stonehenge No. 73 is offering a competitive salary and full benefit package for the full-time position of Foreman.

The responsibilities of the Foreman include but are not limited to:  working with Council and Administration staff, organizing work and workers to maximize productivity, efficiency and quality of work.  Promote and maintain workplace safety practices.  Operate and maintain the municipal equipment.

The successful candidate will be required to have or take all necessary training to be certified.  Such courses include powered mobile equipment, ground disturbance, WHMIS and any other applicable training to fulfill the job requirements.  Self-motivation, the ability to lead by example and good communications skills are an asset.

Preference will given to those candidates that have prior road maintenance and construction experience.
