Job Description
Answering phone calls
Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services
Social media updates
Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
Provide administrative support to managers and to the other members of the team
Maintain an adequate filing system
Client follow-ups
Light data entry
Knowledge of computer applications
Job Tracking
Scheduling
Have a positive attitude, be flexible and dependable
Good communication skills (verbal and in writing)
