Adecco is currently looking to staff an Incident Coordinator for one of our clients. This position is in Regina. This role is within the companys Team Software Application department to provide support for a special ongoing project.
Your job duties will be but are not limited to:
- Review incoming Incident Tickets for internal Applications
- Escalation of tickets to the responsible contact person
- Providing support to internal clients by incidents
- Updating internal documentations
- Additional administrative duties included
If you have formal education and experience in Software Development, IT Service Management, and you are customer service oriented then you are welcome to apply.
