Description

Associated Engineering is an employee-owned Canadian company providing consulting engineering services in the transportation, infrastructure, environmental and water sectors.

We are currently looking for an energetic and conscientious individual to be a Project Analyst in our Regina office. Working with both the Transporation Division and Water Division initially, this position would include coordinating projects, providing administrative and project management assistance, and ensuring conformance to company standards for quality and format.

Main responsibilities include:
- Providing project administration support services such as project orders, plans, engineering agreements, contract documents, etc;
- Providing assistance in coordinating compilation of reports, proposals, and specs; and
- Maintaining current knowledge of the front end of technical specifications and all implications relating to contract implementation, finalization, and the Saskatchewan Ministry of Highways and Infrastructure requirements.

Candidates should have the following qualifications:
- An undergraduate degree or a diploma from an accredited post-secondary institution and relevant experience equivalent to a degree.
- Minimum five years of administrative, office or project-related experience, or equivalent.
- Experienced in project management and coordination.
- Able to work independently and use good judgment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organization and prioritizing skills, and able to maintain composure in stressful situations.
- Committed team player.
