Kitsaki Projects Limited Partnership (KPLP) is currently seeking experienced Utility Tree Trimmers (UTT). These will be Full-Time positions that will report to the KPLP Operations Manager (Vegetation Management Division) in the community of La Ronge and City of Saskatoon.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervision of other employees
- Keep daily records, complete required log books, and providing updated reports on the projects and there developments
- Will need to have knowledge and training with brush saws/chainsaws safety, operations, and maintenance
- Recognize utility line voltage levels from various electrical utility hardware and associated equipment.
- Analyze alternatives for the safe removal of trees & portions of trees within the safe limits of approach distances from energized electrical power lines and equipment.  
- Responsible to create a safe working environment and ensure all work is completed in a safe manner.
- Work in Aerial Operations (Tree Trimming, Tree Climbing, Aerial Lift, Rigging and Rescue)
- Identify and prevent disease management in trees.
- Knowledge in Rigging, Pruning, Cabling, Tree Science,

Abilities Required:
- Must be able to  Supervise and train other employees (Utility Tree Workers)  
- Must be physically fit
- Self-motivated
- Team work and Communicate well with co-workers
- Working conditions will mainly consist in the outdoors in various locations across Saskatchewan
- Must be able to meet all safety requirements, and  applicable safety policies
- Must be willing to work flexible hours
- Require a pre-employment drug and alcohol test

Experience/Education:
- Utility Tree Trimmer Certification will be required
- ISA Tree Worker Certified
- Current Level 3 chainsaw certification would be an asset
- Previous work experience with of at least 3-5 years
