QUALIFICATIONS
-Knowledge of and passion for civic engagement by creating opportunities for broad, community-wide inclusion via the portal of arts and culture participation
-Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
-Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, including public speaking
-Demonstrated professional experience in managing others
-Demonstrated professional experience in a not-for-profit performing arts setting preferred (including known relevant reporting platforms)
-Demonstrated success in operational fundraising and/or capital campaigns
-Demonstrated success in project and/or production management, event planning, media relations and issues advocacy
-Knowledge of and passion for performing arts, onstage and behind the scenes
-Knowledge of and passion for children and experiential learning
-Knowledge of and passion for concepts of community development and outreach
-Must be willing to pursue educational and/or professional development opportunities as relates to festival operations
