Description

Our clientss facility is one of the most
technologically advanced uranium mills in the
world; they are undergoing a multi-million dollar
expansion to enable them to process 100% of the
ore from their mines.
Our client has an immediate opening for a Senior
Mill Maintenance Planner at their facility near
Saskatoon SK. This position is a fly in/fly out
role on a 7 and 7 rotation.

You will be reporting to the Mill Maintenance
Superintendent

Responsibilities  
    Ability to provide leadership and guidance
to the planning group, ensuring all work is
planned properly, efficiently.  
    You must possess a clear understanding of
the fundamentals of all industrial maintenance and
the risks and benefits that are associated with
reactive, preventative and predictive maintenance.
    Responsible for maintenance and
development of planning.
    Ability to provide maximum mill and
equipment operations by developing and use of a
reliability maintenance approach.
    Possess the ability to maintain a
leadership role in the change process, which will
also involve proper documentation, design,
implementation and validation.
    Ability to lead and give direction to
planners, vendor contract development, project
management and supervision.
    Possess knowledge to evaluate trends and
identify any cost saving opportunities.
    Ability to evaluate, monitor and establish
optimal warehouse inventory.
Qualifications
    Possess 3 to 5 years of engineering or
planning supervision experience
    Possess strong administrative, computer
skills and maintenance aptitude is required.
    Knowledge of SAP PM and MM modules
    Ability to multi-task in a demanding
environment.
