Tim Horton's is looking for managers who can lead by example, demonstrating the importance of treating every employee and customer with respect; able to operate in fast paced environment; encourage excitement and a fun work environment while motivating employees to meet goals.
You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as outstanding customer service skills.
Certification in approved food safety training and 1-2 years previous experience in supervisory role would be considered assets.
DUTIES:
- Supervision of crew activities on shift to ensure high standard of product, cleanliness and exceptional customer service
- Adhere to policies/procedures
- Provide ongoing, specific direction to employees
- Report to store owner and/or manager on employee performance
- Assist in ensuring optimal employee coverage at all times; fill in as required for various areas
- During busy periods to maintain optimal customer service levels
- Display knowledge of and work in compliance with operating, food safety, security, health, safety, employment standards, applicable legislation
- Ensure that all product, packaging is properly merchandised
- Responsible for shift cash procedures
- Maintain operational efficiency and meeting shift speed targets
- Supervise employees; ensures duties are completed
- Ensure all store policies are followed during shift
- Monitor for, responds to, reports to store management about unsafe acts; conditions
- Complete all required shift documentation
- Other duties as required
