This is a high volume position, providing executive support to the CEO and to others the CEO may delegate from time to time, with emphasis on timely and effective follow up on decisions, and implementation of assigned projects with minimal direction. Core responsibilities will include managing the day to day administrative and logistical aspects of the CEO's office including: handling and referring requests and inquiries; handling and referring correspondence via mail and email; managing the CEO's calendar; supporting the CEO in her role supporting the Board of Directors; participating in committees or special events; handling the administrative aspects of human resources systems and records; website monitoring and updating; processing expense claims and other financial forms; and completing special projects as assigned.

You possess a minimum of one year post-secondary business training and five to seven years of related experience, or a compelling combination thereof. Your experience includes a record of progressively more responsible assignments and demonstrated in-depth knowledge of office systems and software. You work effectively with confidential and sensitive information. You are energetic, self-directed and optimistic. You have presence. Your interpersonal and problem solving skills are outstanding. You are effective in dealing with ambiguity, multiple projects and assertive people, and will provide solid administrative leadership.
