JUNIOR/INTERMEDIATE SHOWROOM SALES CONSULTANT
FRONTIER PLUMBING & HEATING SUPPLY in SASKATOON is gathering expressions of interest from experienced, dynamic, self motivated, energetic individuals with sales and design backgrounds (e.g. interior design), excellent customer service and communication skills (possibly gained in retail sales), and good administrative and computer skills to join our Showroom Sales Team to provide administrative, sales and technical support for our customers as you assist them with their plumbing needs.
Reporting to the Showroom Manager, in this position you would be the first point of contact for our valued clients, and be responsible for developing a professional relationship with them as you assist with their selection of plumbing fixtures and accessories.
Duties will eventually include quotations, order entry/expediting as well as responding to price and stock enquiries. Training/orientation will be provided.
The successful candidates will be adaptable, detail oriented, creative and professional in dealing with our clientele. Stellar customer service skills, good oral and written communication skills, administrative skills, and the ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts are key qualifications. Strong computer skills are a must.
To be successful in this role you will have a sales background, preferably in a plumbing showroom, possibly in retail sales, with 2+ years of related experience, and a minimum grade 12 education. An post secondary background in interior design is a definite asset. Equivalent combinations of knowledge, skills and experience will be considered.
